GLOCALISH PROGRAMMES

English Conversation and Korean Conversation apply the same conversation-first Glocalish system to two different languages. Premium is a separate, high-touch English coaching service for an individual goal. All lessons are one-to-one online via Zoom.

Korean Conversation
Structured 1:1 Korean speaking, with a new conversation topic each class. The questions, expressions and depth change with your level: short confident sentences for beginners, more natural connections for intermediate learners, and nuanced opinions for advanced learners.
Topics include Korean daily life, food and cafés, K-pop and drama, culture and travel, natural expressions, slang, proverbs and cultural differences. Roselyn offers helpful corrections, including expressions that are grammatically possible but less natural in Korean.
Roselyn Kim holds a Korean Language Teacher Certificate (Level 2), was a Korean Teaching Assistant at the University of Auckland, has over 10 years’ language teaching experience, and holds a Master of TESOL with Distinction.

Booking and rescheduling
New lessons can be booked from exactly 3 hours before the start time and up to exactly 60 days ahead, subject to availability.
Cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before the lesson to preserve or restore its credit. Changes inside 12 hours normally use that lesson credit. These booking rules do not limit your statutory consumer rights. Read the complete lesson policy.
Classes start and finish at their scheduled times. A late arrival does not extend a class, and a missed class uses its credit. You may reschedule at least 12 hours before the start time to another available slot without an additional credit. Changes within 12 hours normally use the credit. If Glocalish cannot provide a class, we will arrange another time or restore the credit. Your booking time should be displayed in your local timezone; the tutor’s calendar is managed separately.
