Questions about Glocalish lessons
What programmes are currently available?
Choose English Conversation 1:1, Korean Conversation 1:1 or Premium 1:1 Coaching.
How long is each lesson?
English and Korean Conversation lessons are available in 25-minute and 50-minute formats. Premium Assessment is 25 minutes and Premium coaching sessions are 50 minutes.
How do lesson credits work?
Credits are specific to the programme and lesson length purchased. English, Korean and Premium coaching credits cannot be used for another programme.
Where do lessons take place?
Lessons are delivered online via Zoom. Join information appears with a confirmed booking when the scheduling connection is available.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
You may reschedule at least 12 hours before a lesson. Cancel at least 12 hours before a lesson to restore its credit. Inside 12 hours, changes are unavailable and late cancellation or no-show does not restore the credit, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
There is no automatic change-of-mind refund. Glocalish may consider exceptional requests individually. Any rights or remedies under applicable New Zealand consumer law remain available. See the lesson policy for details.
Are eBooks included?
No. Learning materials used in each completed Conversation lesson are included. Complete 25-unit eBooks remain separate digital products for self-study and personal reference.
Is IELTS currently sold as a separate programme?
No. IELTS products are not part of the current sale-facing programme lineup. Premium coaching may support an individual English goal, but no score or result is guaranteed.
