Digital product terms, refunds and privacy
Terms of Sale
An active eBook listing identifies the language, level, book number, 25-unit format and final NZD price. It is a digital PDF delivered after server-side payment verification; no physical book is shipped and live lessons are sold separately. A purchase grants personal learning use. Unless applicable law or written permission allows it, it does not grant permission to resell, redistribute, publicly upload, share copies, commercially reproduce or create commercial derivative products.
Refund & Consumer Rights
Glocalish does not provide an automatic refund simply because you change your mind or your personal circumstances change after purchase. Exceptional requests may be reviewed individually at Glocalish’s discretion. If a file is unavailable, faulty, materially different from its description, or the service is not supplied as agreed, contact glocalish@gmail.com. Glocalish will provide the remedy required by applicable New Zealand consumer law. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Live-lesson booking changes follow the separate lesson policy. Assessment services, live lessons and digital downloads have different delivery processes and are reviewed according to what was purchased and supplied.
Privacy Policy
Glocalish uses information you provide to deliver purchases and lessons: an email address for account access and receipts, purchase and entitlement records, lesson booking information when scheduling is connected, and assessment answers or recordings when you buy an assessment service. Glocalish does not place secret payment credentials in the browser. Stripe processes payment details; the configured scheduling provider and Zoom will process booking and meeting information; and the configured transactional email provider will process delivery and sign-in emails.
Information is used to provide the requested service, keep purchase and credit records, prevent misuse, support customers and meet legal obligations. Contact glocalish@gmail.com to ask about access, correction or a privacy concern. This notice must be updated if the production services or actual data practices change.
